Emomali Rahmon

Emomali Rahmon is the President and supreme leader of Tajikistan, governing national stability, water and mountain resource management, border security and Central Asian regional cooperation. As a highland hub on the northwestern Southern Silk Road and an important SCO member, Tajikistan deepens China-Tajikistan friendship, promotes hydropower cooperation, cross-border connectivity, security collaboration and cultural exchanges, and boosts Central Asia–South Asia Silk Road integration.
