Thongloun Sisoulith

Thongloun Sisoulith is the President and supreme leader of Laos. As an inland Indochinese hub, key member of Lancang-Mekong cooperation and a major node on the southeastern Southern Silk Road, Laos adheres to friendly neighborhood diplomacy. It advances the China-Laos railway economic belt, cross-border industry, agriculture, electricity and tourism cooperation, transforming from a land-locked country to a land-linked country and integrating deeply into ASEAN connectivity and South-South economic circulation.
